- We cannot ship to a PO Box or APO addresses or any address outside of Canada.
- All the orders are shipped from Montréal, Québec with UPS.
- Delivery times are based on the shipping service selected. Please note that we cannot modify the selected shipping option once you have submitted the order.
- Delivery times can be delayed during the Holiday Period.
- If ever we make a mistake on your order, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. Kindly note that the charges on your credit card will appear under the name of Coalision inc.

- Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday before 12:00pm EST may be shipped the same day, while orders placed later in the day will ship the following Monday.
- Your credit card will be charged once your package is on its way. We will then send you an email with an invoice and tracking information.
- You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
- If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color: you will need to return the initial product and place a new order.
- Return fees are always on us.
- Your order will come with a UPS return label and a packing slip inside the package. Be sure to keep these in case you wish to complete a return. If you lose the return label, additional fees can be applied.
- Please note that any item purchased at a retailer is subject to the retailer’s return policy.
Returns by UPS
- If you are not completely satisfied with your Paradox purchase, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the billing date as long as you have not worn it or altered it and the tags are still attached.
How to complete your return:
- Place the item(s) back in its original packaging with all tags.
- Include a copy of your Coalision inc (Paradox) packing slip within the package, and highlight the item(s) being returned.
- Close and seal the package, stick the UPS pre-paid* return label provided with your order and drop off the package at a UPS store near you. To find your nearest UPS location, visit www.ups.com or call 1-800-742-5877
- Return shipping charges are on us*and once we receive your return, we will quickly refund the returned items on the credit card used for the original transaction. We’ll send you an email notification to let you know when it has been done.
